1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Coropos Web Services ("Coropos," "we," "us," or "our") regarding your use of the LaunchPad website and program services (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you are under 18 years of age, your parent or legal guardian must review and agree to these Terms on your behalf.

2. Eligibility

To participate in LaunchPad, you must:

• Be between 13 and 18 years of age
• Have verifiable parental or legal guardian consent if under 18
• Provide accurate and truthful information
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Not have been previously banned or suspended from the program

We reserve the right to verify age and parental consent at any time. Providing false information may result in immediate termination of access to Services.

3. Parental Consent and Oversight

For All Participants Under 18:

• A parent or legal guardian must provide verifiable consent before the student can participate
• Parents/guardians are responsible for monitoring their child's participation
• Parents/guardians may access, review, or request deletion of their child's information at any time
• Parents/guardians are responsible for ensuring compliance with these Terms
• We may communicate with parents/guardians regarding program participation and safety

4. Program Description

LaunchPad is a self-paced online business accelerator program designed to help teenagers:

• Develop business ideas and concepts
• Learn entrepreneurship and business fundamentals
• Build professional business websites
• Understand digital safety and online responsibility
• Launch legitimate small businesses in a safe, monitored environment

Important: LaunchPad is currently in pre-launch phase. Program details, pricing, curriculum, and features are subject to change. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Services at any time.

5. User Conduct and Prohibited Activities

When using our Services, you agree NOT to:

• Provide false, misleading, or inaccurate information
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Harass, bully, threaten, or harm others
• Post or share inappropriate, offensive, or illegal content
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Distribute malware, viruses, or harmful code
• Scrape, mine, or harvest data from our Services
• Use the Services for any commercial purpose not approved by us
• Engage in fraudulent or deceptive business practices
• Create businesses in prohibited categories (gambling, adult content, weapons, drugs, etc.)
• Spam or send unsolicited communications

6. Intellectual Property Rights

6.1 Our Content

All content, materials, trademarks, logos, and intellectual property associated with LaunchPad and Coropos Web Services are owned by or licensed to us. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

6.2 Your Content

You retain ownership of any business concepts, content, or materials you create through the program. By participating, you grant us a limited license to use your content for program administration, mentorship, and educational purposes. We will not use your business ideas for our own commercial benefit.

6.3 Website Services

Websites built through LaunchPad are created by Coropos Web Services on behalf of participants. You will receive appropriate usage rights to your website upon completion and payment (if applicable).

7. Disclaimers and Warranties

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND.

• We do not guarantee business success, profits, or specific outcomes
• We are not responsible for the success or failure of businesses created through the program
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service
• Educational content is for informational purposes only and does not constitute professional business or legal advice
• Participants are responsible for compliance with all applicable business laws and regulations
• We are not responsible for third-party services, websites, or content

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, COROPOS WEB SERVICES, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICES.

Our total liability for any claims arising from these Terms or the Services shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.

9. Safety and Content Moderation

To ensure a safe environment for all participants:

• All communication channels are monitored and moderated
• We prohibit direct private messaging between mentors and students
• We review and approve all business concepts before website development
• We reserve the right to remove content that violates our policies
• We may suspend or terminate accounts for safety violations
• We comply with all applicable child safety and privacy laws

10. Prohibited Business Categories

The following business types are strictly prohibited:

• Gambling, betting, or games of chance
• Adult content or services
• Weapons, firearms, or explosives
• Illegal drugs or controlled substances
• Tobacco, vaping, or related products
• Alcohol
• Cryptocurrency or high-risk financial services
• Multi-level marketing (MLM) or pyramid schemes
• Any illegal or unethical activities

11. Payment Terms and Refunds

Pricing and payment terms will be disclosed before program launch. Once established:

• All fees must be paid in full unless payment plans are offered
• Refund policies will be clearly disclosed at time of enrollment
• Scholarships and financial aid may be available
• Prices are subject to change with notice

12. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Services at any time for:

• Violation of these Terms
• Fraudulent or deceptive conduct
• Safety concerns
• Failure to pay fees (when applicable)
• Inactivity or abandonment
• Any reason at our sole discretion

You may terminate your participation at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the Services immediately ceases.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Coropos Web Services and its officers, directors, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from: (a) your violation of these Terms; (b) your violation of any law or regulation; (c) your business activities; or (d) your content or materials.

14. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Hampshire, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Services shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes may be resolved through binding arbitration or small claims court.

15. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or website notice. Continued use of Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms. If you do not agree to the changes, you must discontinue use of the Services.

16. Severability and Waiver

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full effect. Our failure to enforce any right or provision does not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.
